Eligibility for Membership is based on direct lineal descent from monarchs who can be verified in their lifetime as residents, or who were otherwise engaged in the Holy Lands regardless of the status of their monarchy at the time of occupancy.  Upon receipt of required fees and verification of an application by the current Genealogist, a descendant of qualifying monarchs shall be granted full membership status with the privilege of vote and holding office.  Other applicants may be admitted with honorary membership at the discretion of the Governor with the approval of the Executive Council, but without the privilege of vote and holding office.
